I'm still reeling about the long interview full of lies with the Smithfield pig being aired on tv... even on a financial network... as if what matters about this is the hit the industry is taking... and did you catch the part about an INTERNAL investigation? I almost died.
I hope Smithfield Foods gets killed by this. I feel pretty good that China is one of the countries putting the kibosh on pork products, but don't know if they are doing it to lower the price of the sale of Smithfield to their pork megalith or as a means of saying, "Nice try, but we're not buying your pig in a poke." I hope it's the latter. It won't help to just switch ownership of these plague generation factories.
He also made an admission I don't think he knew he let out. I thought the pigs were raised and slaughtered and packaged right there at La Gloria, but, no, they are only raised there and trucked to Mexico City for the rest. This explains why the La Gloria population got so sick and why the epicenter for the most infections is Mexico City.
IT SCREAMS THAT THE PIGS HAVE THIS FLU AND THE PORK AND ITS PACKAGING IS SPREADING IT, ALONG WITH THE HUMAN TO HUMAN TRANSMISSION.
He, I'm sure, didn't realize that he said that when he said that.
