This will make Mondays utter hell for postal workers, slow the service even worse, and, I don't know about you, but I'm SO sick of the MISERY capitalism imposes on us. WHEN will we get the straw that breaks this camel's back?

    I've been expecting this for years. Thanks to email and online bill paying, my postage spending has dropped 90+%.
