Agent 86, my erstwhile partner, was forever trying to get me to accessorize with Betty Boop. I remind him of Betty Boop. He tried once to get me a Betty Boop shower curtain, which really only would have highlighted the injustice here. What was he thinking? I don't look, sound or act even sort of like Betty Boop. Just that sort of endearing to him I guess.

For all my friends who don't read Crooks and Liars, Nicole Belle there has linked the masses to this video about what's really going on in Iraq. This is the upside of such popular sites. Even as they stop short of the real issues, they can reach the hypnotized. Those who see others as cartoons.
