Have just emerged from two hours of John Kerry and Newt Gingrich debating about global warming. (Which you should be able to find on C-SPAN's video archive.) The surprises are: Gingrich does not dispute the urgency or the science, and that Al Gore, of all people, is, in fact, a radical. Heavy sigh.

Something unsurprising enough to be remarkable: Newtie is completely full of shit about polar bears.
