The results of the electronic voting are in, and it is resolved, by a narrow margin, that comments threads stay off neufneuf. I suppose the one deciding vote might be considered to be countered by the two semi-positive but neutral votes, but that would just make it a toss-up again anyway. I've been thinking about it a lot in recent days, and I really feel it's the best policy for now. There is neufx2@yahoo.com if anyone has something to say to me, and since I go off on my airy fairy ideas and do posts about dreams and other posts that are designed to confound or highlight conditioned response without belaboring it ad nauseam, leaving it open to public commentary might be more of a drag for everybody than helpful in making a better world. I also felt I did not want to add to the pressures on my friends by making them feel they should engage me on anything I care to bring up from day to day, trying to turn this into a popular blog. I figure if people like it they'll turn their friends on to it, and whoever's karma it happens to be to see what I've posted, how I've posted it, will end up here somehow anyway. If at some point it becomes clear people really want to discuss stuff here, I'll make a way for that to happen, but for now I get to just keep on plastering up whatever and whenever.
