I'm talking myself into attaining certitude that this is a well executed gag.

You could support me in this fantasy...? Ignore all the other identical gags up at YouTube. Fence Utah, put all the kids there and don't let them out till they're 30. We could lower university professors into the fray in some kind of tamperproof portable habitats from which they might teach. Then we could add another requirement to release from Utah. A college degree. If we start now it could take as little as 30 years to have a healthy stock of young Americans to renew the gene pool.

[But... seriously... don't worry about Miss Teen South Carolina. Even now Rupert Murdoch is filing divorce papers and arranging his first date with her. She'll be fine.]
