Oh! Here: the insensibility of the Senate, made easy. Josh is wrong about this. The designation of Iranian forces as "terrorist" was the vital bit for * to attack at will under the Authorization To Use Military Force. They left in the provision that assures war.

Nearly all of the Senate Republicans, and half the Senate Democrats, including Hillary Clinton, just voted for attacking Iran.
