Here is a horrifying statistic that was absent from Ritter's assessment of whether we are antiwar or just anti-losing. Ritter insists it is the latter. I insist that Americans are antiwar, but will support it to the death when we are attacked. I submit that this was the rationale for 9/11 itself, and for conflating Saddam with 9/11 to such an extent that a THIRD of us STILL believe he was personally involved in it, and it was well over half when we invaded Iraq. Disparage the ignorance and stupidity of the general public all you want: It will get you nothing but the illusion of wisdom, and all of us enslaved. Those who manipulate human ignorance and stupidity need to be yanked from position to do so, no matter what the cost. Period.
