okay, i guess i'm not high strung enough

Couple weeks ago I was winding up to do a serious piece on this bill, but completely lost interest when I found out it was only to form a commission for studying homegrown terrorism... figuring we'll have eighteen months to hassle with them, sort it all out, but others are far less mellow about it. Fancy that!
