We could call it The OBL, or The AQ, and include it in the basic cable package. That way these capitalist treasury looters can make ad money off their increasingly regular productions. Oh, all kinds of sponsors would dig it. Blackwater! Duct tape manufacturers. Security alarm companies. Defense contractors. Oil companies. Politicians....
