[click picture]It still drives me pretty crazy that there is so much partisan squabbling going on amid the electorate. It's perfectly crystal clear that our federal government is broken and, while the mood may lighten somewhat from time to time, it's not getting fixed. It will not be fixed by conventional means because they have the media. I know that is the preferred mental posture, that these wrinkles will get ironed out through the democratic process, but... that is a mental posture, a reasonable-sounding mode of denial. Our children will know overt fascism. We make that more certain with every mental posture we think up.
