...but a lotta people from our generation do not associate the term "lynching" with racial hatred. We grew up on Westerns, and to us it means the sheriff rounding up a posse before the citizens form a lynch mob. Whenever I think of lynching someone, it's in that light. It's recognition that the sheriff has stopped rounding up posses to catch the bad guys....
