...but... are they kidding? By far most of the women in America, nay, on Earth, have bigger tits than this! How creepy is it that Consumer Reports is bestirring itself over the uplifting of those who don't even need to bother with it? I know I'm a freak, but I have eyes and this is just too weird. Maybe they're talking about training bras?
