They don't have a very good record on obeying the law... and those fuckers could very well go, "Okay, we decide that the polar bears are not endangered. At which point we should round up the few polar bears left and turn them loose in Washington, DC. We may be too afraid to do it ourselves, but believe me, polar bears are not.
