This is truly great news and I am much relieved, but I really, really, really wish he wouldn't open his mouth about his willingness to capitulate so fast. He did the same thing about Alito, and we had to bark him into standing up against it, which he did for a big five minutes or so. Now I gotta wonder how dedicated he will be to this....
