Hugo Chávez, a hopeless romantic, has a very soft spot for Simón Bolívar, and Álvaro Uribe, the same man who claimed to have found a laptop convicting Chávez of helping the FARC, has just given him a book about his hero, suddenly making nice, nice, nice. Never mind that this further proves the laptop business was bullshit, please don't let Chávez be taken in. Maybe we can rely on his friend to keep him grounded.
