But I can't really nail it down. Supposedly it's at noon Eastern at the DAR's Constitution Hall:
The speech will offer a new way of thinking about our energy production and consumption and a new sense of what is possible when we choose to work together. It will propose a means of tapping America’s innovative skills to build a more secure energy future.
But there's no word about how it will be covered and practically bubkes coming up on the web. I'm feeling skeptical because this is something Al would be emailing me about the minute he thought of it and he didn't. And the DAR is not noted for its devotion to environmental issues. And, uhm... it's just a little weird. So... well... I'll let you know when I find out....
