You know we didn't really dodge another Katrina. It wasn't New Orleans again. It was Haiti again. We've sent three naval vessels to Georgia laden with food and emergency supplies, and are giving them a BILLION dollars, when THEY created their own emergency by attacking South Ossetia. Now, the UN has finally arrived with some help for Haiti, which is spitting distance from Gitmo and throwing distance from Florida, and needs our help in the worst possible way. They don't have one of our pipelines. They don't represent trillions in profits for our energy barons. That's the difference.
Heck of job, America.
