Is this the October surprise? I'm not putting in links for this, but the buzz seems to be saying that McSenile may have made the brilliant populist move by rushing in and stopping the fucking horrifically stupid bailout plan agreed to by * and Obama... [Pelosi and Reid too]. It would explain why they were insisting no more bailouts just a few days ago and over night there's three pages about turning this into Christmas for vampire capitalists.
It's as though Rove and/or Gingrich said, "No wait! Let's hoist Obama by his own petard!"
And, in fact, you can predict with deadly accuracy that Obama will take whatever asshole Republican scheme in front of him and accept it if he can stamp some sort of conditions that seem reasonable on it. Brilliant!
