BEIJING, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Chinese regulators have told domestic banks to stop interbank lending to U.S. financial institutions to prevent possible losses during the financial crisis, the South China Morning Post reported on Thursday.
And, of course, the administration is shocked and panicked.
According to the AP, who are generally loath to discuss such things, they're also shocked Russia won't coöperate with them against Iran and North Korea anymore.
Whether you're in the they're-a-bunch-of-dolts camp, or the they're-crazy-like-a-fox camp, clearly, they have relied completely on the notion that no one dare cross us no matter how outrageous we get.
