Horton thinks something's odd in Alaska. Others have been complaining of the fishy smell from up there for the whole week. I'm thinking to myself, What's their point? Haven't we all gotten our Alaska civics lessons down cold after the last few months? I'm thinking we should ask the UN to send in some oversight for Alaska's democratic institutions....
