Do you think it would have been better to declare a moratorium on mortgage payments while we fixed this bloody-fucking mess or to dump these trillions into the gaping maws of the bankers?

Truly. What the fuck do you think is the right way to deal with this stuff? I think a civilized people would have rounded up all the bankers and CEOs and Wall Street fraud artists and slammed their asses in jail first of all.
