I've been seeing all the goofy-ass pictures of * at his last hurrah in Peru and catching the speculation that he's drinking again, but, er, there are pictures of him grabbing one off a tray, sipping on it and holding it with a plastered look on his face... so... he might have felt it his ceremonial duty, but... ah... well....

Actually, he had to be blotto at the Olympics too.

Actually, I wonder if he ever did quit drinking at all....
