Those oligarchs they say bailed out the government in the Yeltsin years, were buying industries from someone who didn't own them, and they weren't paying anything near what they were worth. They've become billionaires many times over on this theft and whatever Putin does to return those industries to the Russian people is better than great, way better than great.

And, yes, I think this is great news too....
