...because they don't provide hyperlinks or cites for their assertions, and sometimes their assertions are of the ilk like I just saw yesterday somewhere; to wit: that authorities shot into a crowd to disperse them, when actually authorities shot INTO THE AIR to disperse a crowd. I'm unsure where I saw that allegation, but it was in at least three places, and ANTIWAR DOT COM subscribes to this sort of thing, and they don't brook the discussion of the truth of 9/11 either. It's their policy to go along with the official conspiracy theory. Nevertheless, they do have some pertinent subject matter, that's for sure. So I don't vouch for this piece from Gareth Porter, but I find it credible... given our performance in Iraq.
