This seeeeeeeriously rocks!
Already on his Wikipedia entry:He stormed out of a heated debate at the World Economic Forum in Davos over Israel's offensive in the Gaza Strip. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan walked out of the televised debate on 29 January 2009, after the moderator refused to allow him to rebut the Israeli president's justification about the war that left about 1,300 Gazans dead. Peres replied to Erdoğan that Turkey would have reacted the same way when rockets had been falling on Istanbul. Erdoğan asked for a minute and said: "President Peres, you are older than I am. You have a very loud voice and I know you feel guilty that's why you speak so loudly. My voice will not be loud. When it comes to killing, you know well how to kill. I know very well how you killed children on the beaches. And I remember two former prime ministers in your country that said they felt very happy when they were able to enter Palestine on tanks. I also condemn those people who applaud this cruelty, because there have been many children and many people killed. I think that it is also not humanitarian. I taken many notes of what you have said, but unfortunately there is no time to respond to all of them." Moderator: "Prime minister, we don't have the time." Erdoğan: "Excuse me, please let me finish. In the Torah, the Sixth Commandment says thou shall not kill. But there is killing. Secondly, this is interesting." Erdoğan then gives two jewish people as example, one of them is a professor of Oxford University, refering to their heavy critics on Israel. Then he refers to an article of the British newspaper The Guardian. The moderator interrupts again. Erdoğan speaking to the moderator: "And I want to thank you, thank you very much. For me, this is the end of Davos. I won't come back to Davos. You don't give me the opportunity to respond. You let Peres speak for 25 minutes and me for 12 minutes."
