[I'm bugged that he's talking so exclusively in terms of carbon-based energy progress. I understand he's rich in it and needs all that money badly to bring Russia up to snuff as a civilized society. Already eastern Russians are protesting the present crisis, as well could be expected, since the further from Moscow you get, the more like the chaos of the 90s remain the local economies and social hierarchies. But, still, WHY can't any world leaders just pop up and start making a big hairy deal out of clean energy development. If Putin did it, he might save the world! [[Maybe not just in the east after all....]] Anyway, was the whole world in on this today and just forgot to tell me? Anybody rioting in the United States yet? No?]
