the russians sent someone to urge peace

In the picture here the Hamas leader is asking the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister for help getting the economic embargo on Palestine lifted two years ago. Now the minister made a trip to ask Livni for peace before the humanitarian crisis gets any worse. I am going to have to say that is a heck of a lot better than our crap government and New York's crap mayor have done.
