You have to literally start sending your neurons down different synaptic pathways. You have to get the look at reality you can't forget and then you have to retrain, literally rebuild, your brain from that template. It's more work than you can imagine, but nothing has ever been more worth it in your life once you see.

And it will keep you from going senile.
