Beside the shaky status of repeal of the Military Commissions Act, I forgot to mention the disappearance of Posse Comitatus. All of this stuff is serious, serious, serious shit. So why is Obummer doing all this Oprah crap instead of presidentin' his heart out?

I'M SERIOUS AS A BURSTING ANEURYSM, NOT TRYING TO PILE ON, NOT WANTING TO BE CRABBY ABOUT HIM. I DON'T TAKE ANY PLEASURE IN THIS STUFF, TAKE ANY "LEFTIST" STREET CRED FOR IT. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?

Seems at least apes have retained the ability to tell right from wrong....
