A delicious bit of nostalgia, a happy thought, even though I've always been certain it was our hippie love of these retired four-bys that sparked the SUV mania, turned it into globe-threatening exploitation instead of the once innocent affinity for the Army surplus ethic... beating the crap out of our swords to ploughshares dreams.
