The bigger thing to worry about is the bargain made to get enough votes for a budget:

With all the Republicans' practice turning our elections fraudulent, you better hope there's an army of terminators out to stop them for that election, or California goes red, even though we're blue.

Der Governator hasn't been nearly as bad as I thought he was going to be. Maybe having someone out there who still gives a shit what the people think of him isn't such a bad idea.
