Make some noise and then do bubkes... the Democrats' preferred mode of governance. But it appears there may be a faint spark of hope these stegosaurs might budge enough to allow a tiny rent in their seamless insufficiency.... Just a tiny, tiny hint of a maybe....
[Turley hates it. And I have to reiterate that it looks to me as though Obama isn't remotely interested in hassling with all that nasty "past" stuff, and that Congress just wants to LOOK like they're doing something. But from this little bit of bluster we have to go on, there looks to be at least a fine thread of a route to prosecutions. So you should heed Turley, but press Leahy, Holder, whoever for investigations.]
