Why does anyone have to plead with Obama for prisoners' rights?
Some of this stuff might not seem related, but I think it's a little constellation of things that should be meditated upon as part of a whole picture and hope you will want to give it a few moments' thought. One of my main points, of course, is that Putin has experience taking the reins [reigns!] from oligarchy, and, make no mistake, that should be Obama's task too, but is he seeing it that way, or is he following orders?
Russia is the country acting in defense of life, in promotion of the common welfare. I know that is historically been our supposed posture in the world, but that ruse has been exposed to everyone capable of even looking long since, and it is time others started looking more carefully at who may actually be trying to fulfill the role we only feigned for so long.
