If, again, the intent and the manifestation is to get services to the people, and cut out the corruption, it would be a darn good thing. If His Executive Glibness could be convinced to grow a pair, he could help turn Afghanistan into a place that could not fall prey to fanatics, stop calling it a war, and turn terrorism back into a law enforcement issue. He could do that... especially if his bodyguards are really good.
