Pretty much in line with NATO's answer to his pleas for more troops... something more along the lines Sarah Chayes mentioned on Bill Moyers' show a while back....

Or will this just help push all the fighters back into the Tribal Areas where we can continue to bomb them back into the Stone Age with our drones, and everyone's happy?
