Well, he wants that excuse to get Pakistan's nukes away from them. We'd have to occupy Pakistan to accomplish that, and that is his aim. He doesn't want them having nukes and wants to take them away from them. Which is a laudable goal, but the means is not optimal. Loose nukes has been his pet cause for a long time.
