No one has to "marry" anyone else politically; no one has to embrace every tenet or belief that an anti-imperialist ally might hold. :)
I was down in Muir Woods one day in the spring. The ladybugs were just starting to come out from hibernation.
ReplyDeleteAt one spot on the trail it looked like someone had poured a 55 gallon drum of them on the trail.
I stood there amongst them as I mounted my camera onto a tripod and prepared to take some awesome closeups of the swarm.
By the time I got set up and started to compose a shot I had to flee without ever getting the shot...
The little suckers were biting the heck out of me!
So much for friendly little ladybugs...
Not so friendly when they haven't ate for 4 months!
