I'm sorry. Maybe I'm just too crabby from the idiotic level of discourse I'm having to endure elsewhere, but I'm bloody sick of the anonymous comments gig here. Too often they're from jerks who have been told in no uncertain terms they're not welcome here, and I think if you take the trouble to make an identity at a blog you're less likely to make moronic cracks or say just plain shitty things. So, sorry if its a hassle, but it's pretty easy to get an identity the Blogger commenting system recognizes.
I'm just plain sick of jackasses across the board. So hard to find the tiniest little seam in the global jackassitude through which to wedge in a little manifestation of positive intent. I know being demoralized and pissed off and terrified all in one isn't any help at all. So, again, she goes to soak her head. At least there was this option for cutting off one avenue of aggravation.
Did you delete the "Name/URL" choice?
ReplyDeleteIt is gone now, It was handy after it was filled out once, a right click on the mpty bar brought up the name or URL, a left click or enter key put the name in the box.
I guess I did. I wanted to be handy, but too many people are coming in as anonymous and not signing, making me have to go check if it was more hassling from unwanted visitors, and the bullshit at BB is already driving me almost naked over a cliff again, and, well, I just snapped.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry. I really miss the old HaloScan, but you can't get the old HaloScan anymore. You have to get the new one now, and they couldn't or wouldn't give me back my old HaloScan after they fucked me up.

I recall her being much maligned in the TV news business when she had her lawsuit.
I didn't care for her radio show much - reminded me of a mirror image of Rush Limbaugh.
