if he asks for joint military exercises, we've got 'im by the balls

I mean, I don't know for sure, but this little list looks like a win for the Russians... which is long overdue... and I don't think it would have been Russia suggesting the joint exercises... put it together with Medvev taking the gold for bodyguards at the summit... well... it might bode semi-positively in favor of less death and destruction in the future... just a wisp... a fume... but I'll take it.

I mean, I've been all the way through the images from the press of their Moscow meeting, a few times, and, being pretty good at reading physiognomy, I gotta say it: Medvedev was mostly serene and Obama was mostly worried. The charm offensive president did not pull it off in Moscow. For sure.
