Doesn't this just creep you out with its echoes of the last administration's just trust us thing?

It does me. Makes my skin crawl. What planet is she on that she could pop off with a statement like that about a company like that with a president as amenable to business as usual, and on an even larger scale and at an accelerated rate, as he is. I mean he has shown this very, very clearly. We're not talking about any maybe-he-has-good-motives stuff anymore, are we? Really?

People do still say, give him time, once in a while, but not that much anymore. He doesn't need any time. He's already put his stamp of ownership on all the bad things from the last administration, and followed right along with signing statements, secret deals with corporate big boys, and even thrown in a successful coup in Honduras for good measure. Nope. He don't need no more time. He's skating through this....

So Jarrett is as poisonous as the rest.
