I've always like Ray. He's the real deal: An engineer's engineer. He's only the second person ever to remind me of my mentor, Gus Roche - the other was the late Bob Noyce. I don't take it as far as Ray does, but I get a lot of energy and validation from him.

I had it in mind to email you this link as soon as I've waded through some of this other stuff on my plate. I knew you would be interested, but, yay! Let's hear it for "energy and validation"!
