I've always like Ray. He's the real deal: An engineer's engineer. He's only the second person ever to remind me of my mentor, Gus Roche - the other was the late Bob Noyce. I don't take it as far as Ray does, but I get a lot of energy and validation from him.

I had it in mind to email you this link as soon as I've waded through some of this other stuff on my plate. I knew you would be interested, but, yay! Let's hear it for "energy and validation"! We need as much of that action as we can get! Our ability to keep up the vitality to stand up to the mess of this world is... well... vital....
