People ask, "Oh, are you nearsighted or farsighted?" I say, "Yes, and not only that, but I'm blind in one eye and cannot see out of the other... not sure which is which, though...." The optometrist says, "Oh, my god! You can't see out of either of these!" So, honestly, I have to wear contacts in order to FIND my glasses. If this gets any worse, I'm going to have to get a guide dog to drive me around.
