Definitely still set on kill... even us....

... it is McCain who, along with Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., has sponsored a bill to repeal Gramm’s legislation, while Obama seeks to preserve it.

Yes, yes, you heard me, Obama's trying to keep Glass-Steagall repealed... and McCain isn't. I know, I know, McCain wouldn't be taking this position if he were in the White House, but what's Obama's excuse? Can only be one of two choices: [1] he's 100% bought; or [2] he'll be assassinated and he's 100% bought.

Neither excuse is good enough.

I wish Nairn had a clue about 9/11 though. When he started spouting the standard Osama fable I just wanted to scream.

Oh, you know what? I'd meant to mention that! But I spaced it because it's about universal now. If you want to hear anything, consider anything reasonably, you have to just quickly chalk it up to their asshole fear of being ridiculed, and therefore ineffective, that makes them talk that kind of horseshit, just try not to hold it against them too hard—there being virtually NO choice for them—and move along.

We have SO much horrible stuff right this now that desperately needs attention that we just don't have time to grind that axe anymore... that one, or a bunch of other ones for that matter.

It's dire. :-(
