So my blog is pretty apt to look darn weird and take forever to load until they fix this....
Also, I'm having to bit.ly most of my links to get them to show up on the page, and that isn't even working all of the time, so, hell, I guess you could just hunt for them with your cursor, or you could scream to the cybergods....
Not to be paranoid or nuthin, but Wordpress blogs are being darn stubborn this morning, too. I think maybe China is having a full-blown cow about all this free-wheeling blog blather and messing with us....
Or a crucial tube is leaking pixels...?

ReplyDeleteImages seem to be OK at the Lair and my music blog, however the images at my photo gallery and ecoblog are nothing but empty boxes right now.
I just decided the problem had resolved and NOPE. It's different every time you load. Sometimes it's perfect. Mostly it's a damn mess.

Just after I updated my message at the photo gallery after I found that clicking on the empty image frame would reveal the picture, all the images are back in action.

Once I walked into my office having just filled a cup of coffee. I took a big slug and some went down the "wrong throat" causing me to cough the mouthful of coffee out, across my desk and all over the wall.
Somehow I miraculously missed all the blueprints and other papers laid out on my desk, only got the wall wet.
Nothing tops the time that my boss, owner of the company, took me and a couple other guys out to lunch. I had just taken a forkful of fried rice when one of the guys cracked a very funny joke, causing me to choke on the rice and cough it out. I've never been so embarrassed as to look across the table and see my boss picking rice off of his sweater as he proclaimed "At least it wasn't the soup!"
I think I should take up mountaineering... and just not come back.... I could save all sentient beings from a very peaceful remove.

ReplyDeleteIt seems to be working just fine again since about quarter after one... except was doing that invisible link thing still, again, and now I have to look to see if it comes back or if I keep having to put the underline code in by hand on them....
