Those are all from my earlier days, working on the railroad, in factories, and chasing a naked woman - twice - same toe - same wrought iron bed-frame.
The only relief for a broken toe is a Singapore Sling - many of them! Cheaper than x-rays - tape the broken one to the next toe and go on.
That's all the doctor will do - believe me.
