Yep. Pretty awful that Noriega is perfectly believable... but... compared to what our guys have been doing, he's a Boy Scout... and, anyway, I hope France lets him go. I don't think he's going to be murdering and torturing people now. I could be wrong, but Noriega would NEVER have been Noriega if it hadn't been for our backdoor management.
