Was awakened by a TELEPHONE call from some census worker. My number is unlisted. I was already in a foul mood from this apocalyptic mess that sociopaths are in charge of and wussy little victims are whining about. So I'm off on space lizardry and ayahuasca stories. I'm going frabjous with Alice in Wonderland in a little while. OR it could be that I will very shortly just become SO fried—it feels like this—that I leave the skinbag, go plug the "leak" with my astral body.

I haven't listened to this, but the space lizard boards are buzzing with this, so I made a playlist. Seems to be a couple hours of guys talking about the wrongness of the color of the crude for it being oil... something about a manmade volcano.... Don't LOOK at me like that! I haven't even heard it yet. I just know some people are buzzing about it and thought to string it together so we could have a listen at some point... if we feel like it. I'm gonna do Alice and worry about the lizards later.

Heavy thunderstorms rolled through the Lake Tahoe region and just north of there this morning. Several hundred lightning strikes.
The area is a tinderbox of dead and dying trees from the pine bark beetle invasion.
One good thing going is that the record cold spring has meant the snow melt only began in earnest a couple of weeks ago. Still lots of snow at the high elevations.
