I happen to think Terance was wrong about a lot—a deep pitfall of adherence to intellectualism—and so a lot of his lectures turn into side shows, but he was, at the heart level, extremely inspiring to many, and still is, long after he's left us. The one thing I can at this point say I can tell for dirt certain was solidly right within everything he had to say was his point about the frightened proto-flakes.
Goofy as I sound, I'm not kidding.
Getting over that might be THE key to our liberation, the liberation we all need to make happen yesterday.

It occurs to me that I heard someone mention, and it was probably Terance, that we once came very close to toppling the controlling paradigm by turning on, tuning in, and dropping out. We can do that again, only really topple it this time, if we hurry.
