So if I crash a celebrity's party I go to jail for a year, but if a celebrity crashes my party it's cool?

That shouldn't* pass constitutional muster, as it violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.

*When I was Young Uncle Dave I'd have said won't, but 9/11 changed everything.
